Right of withdrawal & withdrawal form<\/h1>\n

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:<\/p>\n

A. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us(Peter Artner GmbH, <\/span>Zollergasse 9-11\/1\/16, <\/span>1070 Vienna <\/span>,e-mail: <\/span>peter.artner@artner.at<\/a>) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the withdrawal<\/h3>\n

If you revoke this contract, we have to refund your payment for the glass products after they have been returned and checked for completeness and undamaged within 14 days at the latest.<\/p>\n

Delivery costs to your stated address cannot be refunded, as these costs are also charged to us by the parcel service without replacement after the service has been rendered (i.e. delivery to you).<\/p>\n

For the refund we usually use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.<\/p>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.<\/p>\n

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.<\/p>\n

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.<\/p>\n

General notes<\/h3>\n

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned clauses 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n
